Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Closed Sunday. Call (847) 872-1111 before a holiday to confirm.

What vehicles do you work on?
All makes and models of cars, SUVs, vans and light trucks.
Do you sell tires?
Yes. Wenzel's Automotive is a tire center and a Hankook tire dealer as well as a repair shop, and it can order and install virtually any tire brand. We sell, mount, balance, repair and rotate tires.
Do I need an appointment?
Calling ahead at (847) 872-1111 or sending the request form on this site is the best way to get a time that works. For a flat tire or an urgent problem, call and we will tell you how soon we can look at it.
Can you help if my car fails an emissions test?
Yes. We diagnose and repair the problems that cause a failure, then you retest at an Illinois Air Team station or through the Wisconsin Vehicle Inspection Program.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. You can apply for a CFNA credit card for auto repairs and tires through the link on our financing page.
Do you approve repairs with me first?
Yes. We inspect, explain what we found and what it will cost, and get your approval before we do the work.
